Shipping policy

How long will it take for my order to ship?

All orders take about 24-48 business hours to process and ship out. Normally, we will ship out same day orders by 5PM PST everyday. All packages will ship Monday-Friday. Weekend orders will be processed and sent out the following Monday as our carriers do not come pickup packages on weekends.

I live on the East/West Coast, how long until my order gets here?

If you live on the West Coast, expect orders to come in 2-3 business days. If you live on the East Coast, you can expect your package to arrive in 3-7 business days depending on where you are located.

 PRE ORDERED ITEMS?

All PRE ORDERS items should indicate their UNIQUE shipping timelines in the items description. Suggested wait times will be visible and email communications will be sent to notify of any unforeseen changes. SOME ITEMS MAY HAVE LONGER SUGGESTED WAIT TIMES THAN OTHERS.
